OriginalWheels.com recently got a Thank You letter from George in Flossmoor, IL. He really wanted me to thank Rick, Ricky, & everyone who helped him with his order because he said that they deserve the credit. So guys, this one is for you; here’s what the letter said,
Ladies and Gentlemen:
I am writing this letter to say ‘THANK YOU!’ to Rick, Ricky and everyone else who helped along the way. Unfortunately, I do not ‘Blog’, ‘Tweet’ or have an account with Facebook. So, I am only able to share my comments with you and not the rest of the world. I gave you incorrect information when I placed an order online to replace a wheel for my 2006 Cadillac STS [2006 Cadillac STS rims]. You delivered as promised, but, I had to return the wheel. The return process was simple and worked.
After I placed a new order, I quickly began to make a nuisance of myself with calls to confirm the status of the order. I spoke to a guy (whose name I did not record) who had been given the task of responding to my calls. He explained the process and the reasons for the delay. Bottom line: You wanted to make sure that the wheel was refurnished properly. It takes time to do it the right way. I appreciate that. The wheel was delivered. It fits and looks like it came with the car.
Providing great customer service is a lost art. Most companies claim that ‘Your business is very important to us.’, but, fail miserably when put to the test. It was not my intention to provide a test case for you. However, you folks met the challenge and exceeded my expectations. Thank you for your patience and a job well done.
