Yes, I was skeptical when first reviewing this site but the BBB (Better Business Bureau) endorsement is very credible and I placed an order for 4 BMW ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT RIMS for my X5. The people with whom I talked on the phone were exceptionally cordial and helpful. The wheels arrived within a few days of the order, and THEY ARE IMMACULATE. Well I received the rim in a few days and its amazing I cant tell the difference from the new rim, from original rim. What a great experience. Ordered my SAAB rim on Monday and it was delivered on Wednesday and mounted later that day. Our local GM/SAAB dealer wanted me to come in and look at the rim and then it would still take a week to order the new replacement rim. Who wants to drive a doughnut tire for a week. I had been searching for 2013 Equus rims for one of my back tires, called for 2 weeks straight with none in stock. Then I spoke to Raul on my third week and he said he had a rim in stock and that it had to be re-dipped in chrome and that it would take about a week to get it finished up! I needed a replacement aluminum alloy low profile rim for my 2008 Kia Spectra5, a pot hole hazard bent the inside edge and it was ruining my tires and smooth drive. I almost gave up because there were no used matches in East Tennessee, and a new one was over $400. Then I found OriginalWheels.com. They came through with a great web site, easy to find match, half the price of a new wheel and great delivery service. The wheel looks great, and rides great….what more is there to say? I needed a wheel for my 1999 Toyota 4Runner after my spare tire was stolen. I read the reviews from customers that bought wheels from Original Wheels and most were very positive. I am extremely glad I found OriginalWheels.com! I was in need of a replacement wheel due to my rim being cracked and I was searching everywhere for a new rim that matched my current rims. I tried going to junk yards and Craigslist to find my specific rim. I was even considering buying a whole new different set and paying much more since I couldn’t find my rim. I even went to the dealer but it was way too expensive!
Finally I found the website and read all the good reviews and watched the videos and found that OriginalWheels had my rim for half the price of a new one. I ordered and received my rim in a couple of days and had it put on.
The wheel looked brand new and looks great on my car and now I have the piece of mind that I won’t be driving with the cracked rim. I don’t normally leave any reviews but I am very happy with my experience and I hope it may help others like me who are in the same situation.
