New Class & BMW Wheels

June 22nd, 2011

Have you heard of the New Class cars from BMW with the Factory BMW wheels on them? If not, just continue reading.

In German, it’s called “Neue Klasse” (I guess it kinda sounds like New Class, right?). The New Class was considered to be a line of compact sedans and coupes that started in 1962 and ended towards the 2002s. The cars were not only powered by the BMW wheels… but there was a four-cylinder M10 engine so that BMW can “show it off.” These New Class models featured an independent suspension, the MacPherson struts in the front, and some awesome front disc brakes.

Even though it started out as a family of four-door sedans and two-door coupes, it was eventually stretched out to two-door sport sedans.

Do you think you’d go for the car?
