Since they’re so small, they need to have a higher inflation pressure than your regular tires; which is ordinarily 60 PSI.
Considering compact spares are so small, they allow for you to put them at the bottom of your car / truck & just pull them out whenever your tire fails on you. How convenient, right? The compact spare that came with your vehicle is manufactured specifically for your car; so if you have a friend that has a tire blown out on the freeway, you can either tell him to install is own Compact Spare or just call Triple A. It’s pretty straightforward & mean; but hey, you gotta do what you gotta do.
