Return / Exchange Policy
- We guarantee all orders to be the exact wheel you ordered in the condition stated
- The customer is responsible for identifying the wheel and finish they need using our online catalog. Without seeing the style and specifications of the vehicle/wheel we can not be responsible for identifying your wheel.
- All custom finished wheels are non-refundable. This includes chrome for any wheels that do not come factory chrome.
- If a wheel has been modified from its factory state in any way, it is not returnable. Please inspect the wheel before modifying it.
- We cannot guarantee any delivery dates. All delivery times are estimated based on availability and transit time and we do our best to give the most accurate ETA possible and inform customers of any delays that may occur. We are not responsible for any delays caused by UPS/FedEx.
- If we have shipped something different than what you ordered, we will cover all shipping costs and issue an exchange or full refund once we have received the wheel back.
- We DO NOT offer any expedited shipping under any circumstances. We make correcting your order a priority and will do our best to have replacements sent out in a timely manner, but we can not upgrade your package to any expedited shipping method.
- All refunds / exchanges must be done within 30 calendar days. All items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 45 days from the invoice date.
- Shipping and handling is not refundable unless we have shipped a damaged wheel or incorrect wheel.
- We do not pay for return shipping, unless we have shipped a damaged wheel or incorrect wheel.
- Any refused or undeliverable packages are subject to an additional shipping deduction to cover return shipping. The amount will be deducted from the refund or exchange value.
- All refunds / exchanges must be received back un-used and undamaged with a copy of your invoice
- Cancellations must be done on the same day ordered, before it is shipped
- We can not guarantee wheels that have been damaged by installation, or after they have been mounted
- All wheels returned must be packed in the same way that they were originally shipped to prevent any damage
- If an item is received damaged, it can only be returned in its original packaging.
- The only way we guarantee any order is if it is shipped insured and signature required
- Customer MUST provide a tracking number for all returned items
- We do not cover mount or balance fees for any reason. Wheels must be inspected prior to installation.
